Which printer is suitable for my needs?
Every printer has specific characteristics. Generally the choice is based on: number of cards you want to produce in a given time period, if you need to print the front and back of the card with a flip-over module, and if you need to write data to the card (magnetic stripe or chip encoder ). In the PRODUCTS menu, click CARD PRINTER to view our options.

Why is the Dolphin printer so much cheaper than the other printers?
Dolphin is a new printer but is compatible with Windows XP operating systems and connected to a PC via a parallel port. This printer is no longer in production, but Card Online will provide technical assistance, spare parts, ribbons and warranty for 12 months.

RIBBONS

Which ribbons are suitable for my printer?
In the PRODUCTS menu, click Ribbons to view our ribbon options: each ribbon has the reference of the compatible printer in its name.

How many cards are printed by a ribbon?
Each ribbon shows in its name a number of "panels", which is the amount of card sides you can print. For example a 200 panel ribbon will print 200 card sides.

What CMYK and CYMKO do mean?
CMYK stands for Cyan, Yellow, Magenta, Black: the four colors needed to print in full color. "O" stands for Overlay, a protective film that gives more protection and extra shine to the card.

Which cards are suitable for my needs?
We sell blank cards, with magnetic stripe, chip, or RFID. In the PRODUCTS menu, click CARDS to view all card types and uses.

What is the minimum card amount order?
Cards are sold in different packages depending on the type. For each product you'll have a drop down menu to select the available quantity.

QUOTATIONS

How can I get a quote for the goods sold on Card Online?
Card Online product prices are already reduced. To get a quotation of your purchase, simply add up the amounts of the desired products

DELIVERY

How long does it take for delivery of my order?
5 days after receiving payment via credit card, paypal or bank transfer.
